Matthews Macon Beach Memories
Welcome to our annual beach vacation to the Outer Banks (Corolla, North Carolina). Boy did we play things smart this year. We went the week prior to the arrival of Hurricane Florence. We were thankful for the gorgeous weather of low 80’s with sunshine every single day, but we were sad for those vacationing the week after us. Our hearts go out to OBX! In the 10 years we’ve done our family vacations, this year was the most beautiful weather we’ve experienced. I promise my parents were on this trip…they just didn’t take as many pictures this year. As we say every year, can’t wait to get back to our home away from home. Enjoy!

Your family sure knows how to vacation right – that is living the good life! I cracked up at the expressions of your spouse and dad puzzling over the 1000 pc. puzzle. Did it ever get done?

Ahahah, believe it or not….they finished this year in record time. Three Days!! No surprise with all that determination on their face. Lol…we had a beautiful time as always. Thanks for stopping by 😁
